This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ursapdf.com. Payment processing, tax calculation, and approved-refund issuance are handled by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Where local consumer protection laws grant you additional rights (including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal described in section 4 below), the highest level of protection always applies.
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date for any reason. This applies to:
The 14-day window begins on the day the charge appears on your statement. Once a refund is approved, your access to the paid features will end immediately and any active license key will be deactivated.
You can request a refund in any of the following ways:
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may grant refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:
No refund will be granted where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or any other manipulative behavior.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Turkey, or Israel, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content and services, beginning on the day of purchase (or, for subscriptions with a free trial, the day the trial ends). This right may lapse if you give express consent to begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
Our 14-day money-back guarantee in section 1 applies regardless of whether you give such consent, so in practice you are never worse off than the statutory minimum. To exercise this right, contact us or Paddle using the channels in section 2 within 14 days of the charge.
For subscription plans, you may cancel at any time to prevent future automatic renewals. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period, except within the 14-day money-back guarantee window (or as required by law). To cancel:
After cancellation, you retain full access to the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and will work with Paddle to find a fair solution. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may delay resolution. Where a chargeback is initiated, access to paid features may be suspended while the matter is reviewed by Paddle.
